Grade 9: £26,470 – £29,055 per annum (actual: £9,080.15 – £9,966.89)

15 hours per week, term time only

Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls’ High School, Upper Batley High School and Healey Junior Infant and Nursery School. We provide high quality education for both boys and girls. This collaboration enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure

We are seeking to appoint a Counsellor for our school. The post would suit a newly qualified counsellor seeking accreditation hours or, an experienced qualified counsellor seeking to expand their counselling expertise.

The successful applicants will provide a high quality confidential counselling service for students and staff in accordance with BACP guidelines within the Wellbeing Centre. The postholder must hold a recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey empathy and relate well to all members of the school and the wider community.
