Pastoral Admin Support Officer

15 Hours Per Week, Term Time Plus 2 Days

Grade 5 – £17,972 – £18,672, per annum (Actual- £6,221 – £6,463 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic administrator to join our General Office team at an exciting time for both the department and the school. Responsible to the Senior Pastoral Admin Support Officer, the Pastoral Admin Support Officer will provide an effective, courteous and responsive administrative support service to the school and associated staff.

The successful applicant will have significant previous experience of working in an admin role, be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English (or equivalent) and hold RSA Level 2 or above (or equivalent/ have equivalent relevant experience), be an effective communicator and be able to use their own initiative. A flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential, as is the ability to provide the very best levels of service to all staff, students and stakeholders of the department.

This role is a job share opportunity working 8 hours per day Monday and Tuesday however some flexibility will be expected. Previous experience of working in a secondary school would be advantageous, though not essential.
