What is Student Voice at Batley Girls’ and why is it important?
Student Voice is essential to our work as a school. It is important that we take the opportunity to listen to our students and to act on their feedback.
This could involve the regular student surveys we conduct, the work of the School Council or the whole-school annual vote on charities. We believe that our students feel that this is ‘their school’ because they know that we value their contributions, thoughts and ideas.
On the below sub-pages you will see examples of student voice feedback following the Co-Heads’ assembly in February 2021, which focussed on the values of the school: Achievement, Respect and Transformation.
